Awake-Album Cover
I messed around with opacity, creating an "album cover" if I were to be a singer in another life. No, actually.......I just really like designing stuff. Made with Adobe Photoshop. Background from Tumblr (don't remember which blog).
Amateur Photography
Although most of my work is done digitally, I don't like to limit myself to one medium. Therefore, I often experiment with different canvases to see what I can create. Recently I took some pictures and experimented the black and white dichotomy, motion pictures, and angling close-ups. These were taken on vacation in Austin, TX.
Neon Background
I love making backgrounds, because they can be used again and again in a variety of ways for different projects. Here is an impromptu background I made in Adobe Photoshop. All I did was overlap different colored shapes and reduce the opacity to make the previous layers visible, creating a mix and match as colors blended together.

Another Way Logo Makeover
Another Way is a website that provides help and shelter to domestic abuse victims. They are a domestic violence and rape crisis center. When I started volunteering for them, their logo had been unchanged for a long time. My job was to give their organization a new feel by redesigning their logo, by incorporating their trademark colors, purple and teal. The old logo:
The potential candidate I sent in. My submission incorporates the colors teal and purple and also features sisterly support emphasized by two women hugging each other (they are embedded in the font):

KPop Drawings
Korean pop music is really getting popular in the States. I, myself, discovered it a couple of years ago and there is one particular boy band I really like, called MBLAQ. "Pomegranate Splash"-Swarovski Contest
This was a entry I made for the Swarovski contest on Polyvore, a fashion collage website. Unfortunately, I didn't win but I'm still proud of what I made. Titled "Pomegranate Splash".

"Janoi" Invitations
Janoi is a special event in a India young boy or girl's life, much like the Jewish Bat Mitzvah. Two of my cousins had their janoi last summer and I was in charge of making the invitations. Here is what I came up with (Pictures are of the Hindu God Ganesh). Done using Microsoft Paint.
